The domestic violence case against former Nebraska interim football coach Mickey Joseph was dismissed after his wife, the alleged victim, declined to testify. An out-of-state subpoena was issued for her to appear in court, but she was not able to be served. Joseph denied the allegations of physical assault and choking. The case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it could be refiled at a later time. Joseph is no longer employed by the university.
