Fatal Motorcycle Collisions Leave Two Drivers Dead in Separate Incidents.
Two motorcyclists were killed in a collision on State Route 113 in Berlin Township, Erie County. The drivers, who were not wearing helmets, were identified as Jay Lucal and James Ogle.
