Escaped Oregon State Hospital Patient Poses Extreme Danger While Trapped in Mud
Christopher Lee Pray, who had escaped from Oregon State Hospital while being transported in a state van, was found stuck in mud near the Portland Expo Center after being stuck for over 12 hours. Fire crews rescued him and took him to the hospital, where an employee recognized him. Pray, who had given a fake name, was taken back into custody. He had originally been in custody for attempted aggravated murder and had escaped while fully restrained with leg shackles, a belly chain, handcuffs, and a restraint connecting them all.
