The FBI has arrested Andy Steven Oliva-Lopez, a Jan. 6 rioter known as "Blue Plaid Sprayer," who was featured in a Biden campaign ad for assaulting law enforcement officers with chemical spray during the Capitol attack. Online sleuths had identified him over two years ago, and his arrest comes as part of ongoing efforts to hold Capitol rioters accountable. More than 1,200 rioters have been arrested since the attack, with about 900 convictions secured, and the longest sentence of 22 years in federal prison going to the former head of the far-right Proud Boys.
