Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is headed to PC on March 19, with four presets (Minimum, Medium, High, Very High) detailing GPU, CPU, RAM, OS and 150GB SSD storage. The minimum setup starts at GTX 1660/RX 5500 XT with an i3-10100/ Ryzen 3 3100 and 16GB RAM, scaling up to RTX 4080/RX 9070 XT and i7-11700/ Ryzen 7 5700X, all on Windows 10/11. This PC port follows the PS5 debut from last year.
During the State of Play event, Death Stranding 2 was officially revealed as On the Beach, with a new trailer showcasing an epic battle and introducing Elle Fanning's character. Hideo Kojima's upcoming game, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, is set to launch in 2025 as confirmed by an extensive new trailer at PlayStation State of Play. The trailer features speculative imagery including a sentient ventriloquist's dummy and a flying machine reminiscent of Metal Gear Rex, along with the revived Higgs wielding a guitar that shoots lightning. The subtitle "On the Beach" is a direct reference to a 1959 film, and Kojima also revealed a new "action espionage game" at the event, hinting at a return to his Metal Gear roots.
