Off-campus party floor collapse injures 12 near Pennsylvania university.
Twelve people were injured when the second floor of an off-campus apartment building collapsed during a party at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The injuries ranged from minor to serious, and many occurred when people were exiting the building through a broken first-floor window. The apartment has been secured by complex management to prevent reentry. It is unclear how many of those involved were IUP students.
