Poche is seeking damages and a jury trial, and aims to have her non-disclosure agreement declared illegal and unenforceable. This follows a $4 million arbitration against her by the producers for her public remarks about her experience on the show. The producers are also facing a separate lawsuit from another contestant alleging sexual assault and false imprisonment.
