Tragic Double Homicide and Suicide in Franklin, NH
Autopsy results reveal that Jamie Bell shot and killed his intimate partner, Nicole Hughes, and their 1-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Ariella Bell, in Franklin, New Hampshire. Bell also shot Hughes' 5-year-old daughter, who is recovering in the hospital. Bell was found dead with a self-inflicted incised wound on his neck, and the manner of his death was suicide. The 5-year-old is staying with extended family as she recovers, and the district is preparing to support students and staff as they deal with the tragedy.
