Falcons Probe James Pearce Arrest in Domestic Dispute
The Atlanta Falcons said they are gathering information after pass rusher James Pearce Jr. was arrested in Miami on charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated stalking and fleeing police following a domestic dispute. Pearce, who had 10.5 sacks as a rookie, could face an NFL personal conduct policy investigation and possible suspension as details emerge.
