League of Legends is introducing a new bullet heaven survivor PvE game mode later this year, offering players the opportunity to fight against hordes of enemies either solo or with friends. The mode, set to be released during the 2024 mid-year event, aims to provide a different take on the game's core gameplay and promises to be more relaxed compared to the Arena mode. Riot Games' "Soul Fighter" event brings cross-game fighting game mode this summer.

League of Legends is launching a new summer event called Soul Fighter, which pays tribute to anime tournament arcs and epic fistfights. The event includes a new 2v2v2v2 game mode called Arena, where four teams of two compete in rotating combat rounds. The event also features new Soul Fighter skins and augments that dramatically change a champion's playstyle. The event will be available across League of Legends, Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra starting on July 20.
