The group, which aims to destroy President Vladimir Putin's regime, also claimed responsibility for the car bombing that killed Darya Dugina in 2022. The NRA's existence is doubted by some experts, and Russian investigators have claimed evidence connecting Ukrainian intelligence to the attack. The group's international spokesperson, former Russian lawmaker Ilya Ponomarev, posted a statement on his Telegram channel claiming responsibility for the attack.
