Anime-Inspired Open-World RPG Rivals GTA with Stunning Trailers
Chinese developer Naked Rain has unveiled Ananta, a free-to-play, open-world urban action RPG, previously known as Project Mugen. The game combines elements from popular titles like Marvel's Spider-Man and Grand Theft Auto, set in a vibrant anime world similar to Genshin Impact. Players will act as elite agents of the Anti-Chaos Directorate in Nova City, engaging in diverse activities such as skateboarding, concerts, and paranormal phenomena. An offline technical test is scheduled for January 2025 in Hangzhou, China, with pre-registration available on the Ananta website.
