Dead Island 2: Mutated Hearts, Zombie Parts, Paper Trail, Keycard Location, and Energy Drink Danger
Mutated Hearts are a rare crafting resource in Dead Island 2 that can only be looted from Mutators, a type of zombie. They can be used for side quests, crafting, or selling. Mutators can be found after completing the 21st main mission quest, and farming them is recommended to increase the chances of getting Mutated Hearts. Maiming weapons work well against Mutators, but they don't always drop Mutated Hearts.
