Multiple Motorcycle Accidents Result in Injuries Across the US

Two people from New Straitsville were seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on State Route 93 in Monroe Township, Muskingum County. The motorcycle failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, went off the road, and struck a ditch. The injured individuals were flown by MedFlight to Ohio State University Medical Center.

Attempted murder charge filed against man who shot Olivet College baseball player in Ohio.

Franklin Grayson, a 2021 graduate of Olivet College, has been charged with attempted murder and felonious assault for shooting an Olivet College baseball player three times after a game against Muskingum University. The victim's injuries were not life-threatening. Grayson could face up to 14 years in prison if found guilty. Muskingum University canceled all athletic events through Sunday.
