Search Suspended for Missing Oregon Hiker and Dogs Amid Harsh Conditions
The search for 61-year-old Susan Lane-Fournier, who went missing near the Salmon River Trailhead in Mt. Hood National Forest, has been suspended after four days due to weather conditions and survivability concerns. Despite the suspension, the case remains active, and authorities are still seeking information on her whereabouts. Lane-Fournier, known as "Phoenix" to friends, was reported missing after not showing up for work, and her two Malinois-mix dogs are also unaccounted for. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office urges anyone with information to contact them.
