Harley-Davidson Homecoming: Riders raise awareness of dangerous driving and road closures
Tens of thousands of Harley-Davidson riders attending the Homecoming Festival in Milwaukee have expressed concerns about dangerous driving behaviors they encountered on their trips. Motorcyclists from various locations reported instances of reckless driving, including racing, cutting off motorcycles, and not checking for their presence on the road. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) advises motorcyclists to wear protective gear, increase visibility, ride defensively, and avoid drugs and alcohol. Riders hope for increased awareness and attention from other drivers during the festival.
