A 1,019-pound tiger shark was caught off Dauphin Island during the 90th Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, making it the heaviest fish brought in so far. The tournament, organized by the Mobile Jaycees, is touted as the largest fishing tournament in the world and runs from July 20 to July 23.
