The Maple City Glen Lake girls basketball team won their first Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 4 Finals title since 1978, defeating Baraga 60-43. Glen Lake's Ruby Hogan had 19 points, seven rebounds, and five assists, while Maddie Bradford led all scorers with 28 points. In the Division 1 Finals, Rockford defeated West Bloomfield 40-36 to win their first-ever championship. Grace Lyons hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 40 seconds remaining, and Anna Wypych contributed 20 points and eight rebounds.
