Jon Roger Letzkus, 45, is facing 73 felony charges after firing shots at the MGM Signature on New Year's Eve in Las Vegas. Although no one was injured, Letzkus is charged with one count of being a prohibited person with a firearm, 71 counts of discharging a gun within a building, and one count of intentional destruction of property. His first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
