South Africa Joins in Approving Microsoft's Activision Blizzard Acquisition

The commission stated that it has no significant concerns about Microsoft making Call of Duty exclusive to Xbox, as Microsoft does not have the ability or incentive to do so. The approval comes amidst an ongoing lawsuit in the US between Microsoft, Activision Blizzard, and the Federal Trade Commission. The UK's ruling is expected by April 26, while the US approval is still pending.
