Animal Rescue Horror: Dozens of Dogs Dumped and Found Dead in Homes
A Stanislaus County rescue is caring for 40 dogs, including poodles, doodles, Afghan hounds, and cocker spaniels, that were dumped in an orchard in Merced County. The rescue reported the incident to Merced County Animal Control and is working to get the dogs vetted, groomed, and spayed or neutered. The goal is to find them loving homes through adoption.
