Multiple Inmate Deaths Raise Concerns at Correctional Facilities
An inmate, Phillip Pharris, died after being found unresponsive in his cell at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office Maximum Correctional Center. Medical staff attempted CPR, but Pharris was pronounced dead shortly after. The inmate had a history of probation violation and various criminal charges.
