Dungeons & Dragons movie review roundup: A mix of hits and misses.
The upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie, Honor Among Thieves, features a mini-reunion of the cast of the cult-hit NBC series Freaks and Geeks, including John Francis Daley, who stars in both. The promotional lead-up to the movie shows Daley's character, Sam, reuniting with his old buddies Bill (Martin Starr) and Neal (Samm Levine) for a long D&D game. The movie comes from the writing-directing duo of Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who collaborated on the 2018 comedy Game Night.
