The last Chevrolet Corvette ZR2 ever made is up for auction. Only 12 were manufactured in 1971, making it one of the most collectible Corvettes ever made. The ZR2 was designed for racing enthusiasts and was faster and more powerful than its sibling, the ZR1. It featured an upgraded LT-1 454 cubic-inch (7.4 liter) big-block V8, delivering 425 bhp at 5,600 rpm and 475 lb ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. The ZR2 has since been nicknamed “Zora’s Racer” after Zora Arkus-Duntov, the Corvette lead engineer.
