The Los Angeles County coroner has revealed that rapper Coolio's death was caused by the effects of fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine, and has been ruled as accidental. The report also listed other specific conditions, including cardiomyopathy, unspecified asthma, and phencyclidine use. Coolio, whose real name was Artis Ivey Jr., was a Grammy-winning rapper known for his hit single "Gangsta's Paradise." He died at the age of 59 at a friend's home in Los Angeles.
