Fatal Accident: Man Struck and Killed on Loop 410 Access Road
A man was hit and killed on the Loop 410 access road on the Northeast Side of San Antonio. A witness called 911 to report a man's body on the road, and shortly after, a driver called the police to confess that he had hit someone in the area. The man, believed to be in his late 20s-30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver is cooperating with authorities, and an investigation is underway to determine if his response to the situation constitutes stopping and rendering aid. The access road is currently closed as police investigate.
