Live 105 FM makes a triumphant return to the Bay Area airwaves.

Live 105, the Bay Area's much beloved alternative station, returned to the airwaves after being pulled off two years ago. The station will bring back on-air personalities and resume producing special events around the Bay Area. Live 105 FM Returns to Bay Area with Alt-Rock Format.

Live 105 has returned to the Bay Area airwaves after a six-year absence, replacing the adult hits station "Dave FM." The station marked its return by playing Green Day's "Welcome to Paradise" as its first song. The next five songs played give a good indication of what to expect from the station in the future.
