Granddaughter of late Saints owner Tom Benson arrested in Charleston
A woman named Rita Leblanc was arrested in Charleston for pushing a parking enforcement officer and interfering with his duties, after briefly taking his parking boot locking tool. She was released on bond and has a background as a former vice chairman of the New Orleans Saints.
