Amber Alert Update: Missing 2-Year-Old Still Not Found, Man Arrested
The search continues for 2-year-old Wynter Smith, who remains missing after being allegedly kidnapped by Rashad Trice, the ex-boyfriend of her mother. Trice was arrested in St. Clair Shores after a police chase, but Wynter was not found with him. Lansing police have dispelled rumors of her being recovered and are actively looking for her.
