Multiple Drowning Tragedies Strike Wisconsin Communities.
The Oconee County Coroner's Office has identified the victim who drowned in Lake Keowee near High Falls County Park as 35-year-old Caleb Cohen. The victim reportedly went under the water while trying to assist a child who was in distress while swimming in a cove on Lake Keowee. The cause of death was determined to be drowning.
