Teenagers Across America Showcase Creativity with Duct Tape Prom Dresses
A Los Angeles teenager named Karla Torres has become a finalist in the annual Duck Brand "stuck at prom" duct tape gown-making contest. Using 14 rolls of duct tape, Torres created an incredible gown inspired by 18th-century French art. The Cal State Fullerton business student is vying for the grand prize of a $10,000 scholarship, and voting for the winner is open until next Wednesday.
