Judge Greg Mathis has been accused by an employee of the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power of pulling a gun on city workers after a heated confrontation, but Mathis denies the claim. According to Mathis, the employees were blocking his vehicle, and when he stood in the street, one of the workers threatened to run him over with their truck. Mathis says he informed them that he had a weapon but denies showing or pointing it at anyone. The LAPD is investigating the incident.
