Alcohol-related crashes claim lives on I-25.
Jonathan Lujan, who was driving under the influence of alcohol, rear-ended a pickup truck on I-25 near Isleta Pueblo, causing a rollover crash that killed the driver of the truck, Hector Beltran. Beltran's two passengers were taken to the hospital. Lujan has been booked into jail and faces multiple charges, including homicide by vehicle. This is Lujan’s second DWI in the last two months.
