Bruins Triumph in Chippy Match, Stifle Panthers
The Boston Bruins capped off their Dads Trip with a 3-1 victory over the Florida Panthers, with rookie centerman Johnny Beecher scoring the winning goal. Beecher's goal came just 41 seconds after Florida tied the game, and he also had a strong night at the faceoff dot. Jake DeBrusk also contributed to the win, surpassing his father in games played and scoring a goal to extend the Bruins' lead. The Bruins dads were treated to a surprise visit from Bobby Orr before the game.
