"Multiple Men Arrested for Alleged Involvement in Jan. 6 Capitol Riot"
John Michael Livingston, a Chesterfield man, has been arrested by the FBI and is facing federal charges for his alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach, including felony obstruction of an official proceeding and knowingly entering a restricted building without lawful authority. Over 1,265 people from nearly all 50 U.S. states have been charged for crimes related to the breach.
