Cleveland Councilman Pushes for Browns Stadium Compliance with "Art Modell Law"
The FAA does not have the sole authority to prevent the construction of a proposed domed Cleveland Browns football stadium near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, but developers must allow the agency to evaluate the potential impact on aircraft and navigation aids. Owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam are considering building the stadium near the airport or renovating the existing Cleveland Browns Stadium along the lakefront.
