South by Southwest (SXSW) is returning to Austin from March 8-16, featuring a variety of events including film screenings, music performances, and interactive installations. While most of the festival requires special access badges, there are also numerous free events available, such as art installations, fitness activities, music showcases, and community concerts at Lady Bird Lake.
