HGTV has sold The Brady Bunch house for $3.2 million, below the $5.5 million asking price and the $3.5 million they paid for it in 2018. The Los Angeles home, known for its role as the exterior shot in the 1970s sitcom, was renovated by HGTV to replicate the show's Hollywood sets. The buyer, Tina Trahan, plans to use the house for charitable events. HGTV invested $1.9 million in renovations, including adding 2,000 square feet, and will use a portion of the proceeds to provide meals for kids in need.
