Dover Man Faces Multiple Charges in Home Improvement Fraud Cases
Stephen Kurtz of Dover was arrested for home improvement fraud and felony theft after allegedly taking over $38,000 from a Rehoboth Beach man for construction work he did not complete. He was charged with crimes involving false pretense and theft from an elderly victim, and released on a $10,000 bond. Authorities are urging anyone with similar experiences to come forward.
