Fatal Shooting on Hwy 211 near Estacada Claims Teen's Life
Emily Rose Taylor, 19, was killed and Jacob Allen Cutts, 30, was wounded in a shooting on Highway 211 near Estacada. The suspects, believed to be in a Toyota, opened fire on the victims' Jeep Cherokee before fleeing the scene.
