The Hays Police Department arrested 10 individuals between May 7-13, 2023, on various charges including failure to appear, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and drug distribution. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
