Kia's EV9 Electric SUV: High-Performance GT Version, Level 3 Autonomy, and Upgrades via App.
Kia plans to release a high-performance GT version of its EV9 electric SUV in early 2025, following the success of the EV6 GT electric sport sedan. The all-wheel-drive version of the EV9 has 380 hp, but the long-range, rear-drive version only has 201 hp. The power output of the EV9 GT is still unknown, but it will likely make at least as much power as the EV6 GT's 576 hp. Kia may also offer over-the-air updates for customers who want even more power.
