A3 Artists Agency Ceases Operations After Sale to Gersh
A3 Artists Agency is shutting down after selling its digital and alternative divisions to Gersh, with COO Todd Quinn citing unsustainable operations as the reason. The decision, reportedly made unilaterally, marks the end of the agency's 45-year run. Following the sale, a lawsuit was filed against A3 Chairman Adam Bold, accusing him of creating a toxic workplace and mismanaging the company. Despite administrative work still pending, efforts are underway to launch a new company and transition agents and clients.
