Three inmates who escaped from a Georgia jail hijacked a Lyft ride in Florida, kidnapped the driver for up to 10 hours, and used her credit cards to rent a property before being arrested, with two of them serving life sentences for murder.
The second of four men who escaped from a central Georgia jail last month has been captured by a team of local, state, and federal law enforcement officers. Marc Kerry Anderson, 25, was arrested at an apartment complex in Atlanta. Another woman, Tymesha Ceiarra Timley, was also arrested for hindering Anderson's capture. The other two escapees remain on the run. The escape was facilitated by a damaged window and a cut fence, with video footage showing a blue Dodge Challenger believed to be involved in the escape.
