Former councilman's law license suspended after crack pipe incident.
The Rhode Island Supreme Court has suspended the law license of former Cranston councilman Matthew Reilly, who was arrested on drug charges after being found passed out in his car with a crack pipe and a lighter. Reilly resigned from the Cranston City Council and stepped down as chairman of his local GOP. He is also a lawyer, and a special master has been appointed to help his clients in the meantime.
