Legendary Mad Magazine Cartoonist Al Jaffee Dies at 102
Al Jaffee, the renowned American cartoonist who worked on satirical magazine Mad, has died at the age of 102. Jaffee set a Guinness World Record for his 77-year career and was famous for his fold-ins on the inside back cover of Mad. His work was referenced in The Simpsons and his famous fans included Peanuts creator Charles M. Schulz. Jaffee's trademark fold-ins were a spoof on the likes of Playboy and Sports Illustrated fold-out inserts.
