Suspect Arrested After High-Speed Pursuit and Crash in Delaware
Delaware State Police arrested Zachary Orr of New Castle, Delaware, after a pursuit in Wilmington. Orr, who had multiple capiases for his arrest and a court order prohibiting him from operating a motor vehicle, was charged with felony offenses including noncompliance with conditions of recognizance bond, disregarding a police officer signal, and additional traffic offenses. He was taken into custody without incident and released on a $5,206 unsecured bond.
