Michael Shapiro, a 72-year-old man from South Florida, has been charged with making threatening communications after leaving voicemails threatening to kill U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell and his children. Shapiro, who has a history of making threats, was arrested and a $250,000 bond was set at his court appearance in West Palm Beach.
