Dell Technologies has announced the launch of the world's first 40-inch 5K monitor with a five-star eye comfort certification, the Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt™ Hub Monitor (U4025QW), which is also a CES 2024 Innovation Award Honoree. The monitor features a 5120×2160 resolution, VESA DisplayHDR 600, IPS Black Panel technology, 120Hz refresh rate, ambient light sensor, and reduced blue light exposure. It offers 99% DCI-P3 color space, Thunderbolt 4 connectivity with up to 140W power delivery, and is made with sustainable materials. The U4025QW will be available from February 27, 2024, starting at $2,399.99. A smaller 34-inch version, the U3425WE, will also be available with similar features.

Dell has introduced the UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt Hub Monitor at CES 2024, which is the first 40-inch 5K monitor to receive a five-star eye comfort certification from TUV Rheinland. The monitor features a 120Hz refresh rate, an ambient light sensor for automatic brightness and color temperature adjustment, and advanced LED backlight technology to reduce blue light exposure. It also boasts a 99 percent DCI-P3 color space, VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification, and multiple connectivity options including Thunderbolt 4. The product will be available for purchase starting February 27, with the 40-inch model priced at $2,400 in the US. A 34-inch variant with similar features but a lower resolution is also being offered.
