Activision and EPD rumored to be developing open-world Donkey Kong game.
Activision's Vicarious Visions was reportedly developing a 3D platformer Donkey Kong game overseen by Shigeru Miyamoto in 2016, but the project was moved to Nintendo EPD Tokyo in 2018. The game is said to be a reboot of the franchise and is targeting Nintendo's next system, fitting in with plans for a Donkey Kong-themed attraction at Super Nintendo World.
